Class 1 Newquay Zoo – Tues 26th March
Dear Parents/Carers,
Welcome back, we hope you all had an enjoyable half term.
As you already know, on Tuesday 26th March we will be going on a class trip to Newquay Zoo. Whilst there, we will be taking part in an exciting penguin workshop to coincide with our ‘Polar Regions’ topic.
We will be travelling to Newquay Zoo using one of our school minibuses and staff cars, this keeps the cost down for you as we don’t need to add the expense of hiring a coach.
On the day, please can your child come to school wearing their school uniform with a packed lunch and water bottle in a rucksack that your child is able to carry. Your child will be expected to carry their own backpack so please ensure these are not too cumbersome.
Please also ensure your child’s arrival to school is prompt on the day. I will open the classroom doors ten minutes earlier (8.30am) for anyone who is able to arrive earlier. We will be back to school for the usual pick up time of 3.20pm.
For this trip to go ahead, we are asking for a parental contribution of £13 per child. Payment should be made online at www.eduspot.co.uk
